Darshana Dogs - About

I have been working professionally with dogs for over 13 years.

After completing and achieving a distinction grade qualification in Animal Management at Capel Manor College I started a dog walking and pet sitting business. As a purely solo (1 to 1) dog walker I walked many dogs who would not fit into the group walk scenario and who struggled with the busy London environment. This inspired me to gain further knowledge in order to understand and help such individuals.

In 2018 I gained a further distinction grade on the in-person, flagship dog trainer course at the Victoria Stilwell Academy. On this course I was appointed a mentor who was an experienced and established trainer and behaviourist. I stayed a further 3 years assisting in both in-person and online group training classes to gain further knowledge and experience.

Having established a good groundwork in both training and behaviour I then successfully completed the Advanced Diploma in Applied Animal Behaviour (Canine) at Compass Education in 2023.
